We have multiple payment methods available including bank and credit payments through:

For all international orders, Paypal or Paymate are recommended for payment.

If you are eligible for a discount (ie. chess club member or buying more than 2 chess sets at one time), please contact us for your discount code if you do not already have one.

Direct Deposit

Direct bank deposit is available for Australian buyers. Our bank details are below:

Please leave your name or Order ID as a reference for all direct deposits so we can identify your payment.

B-Pay

B-Pay is also now available to choose as a payment method, Please advise if you wish to pay by BPay and we will email you your reference number needed to complete your purchase.

Shipping

To avoid breakage or damage to our products all shipping quoted on our website is through local couriers for Australian buyers.
We do our best to package our goods extremely well to avoid breakages, however we cannot be held responsible for lost of stolen packages. Please ensure you have the correct delivery address on your order. Please be aware that the couriers require an actual address as deliveries via courier cannot be made to Post Office boxes.

You are also able to pick up your order from Werribee, Victoria by appointment.
